Today, I´m going to write about something that 99% of the population doesn't know about, and it is the scroll lock key.

The scroll lock key has been existing in our computers without us noticing it, and what it does, basically, is to enable or disable the bar movement with our cursors.

Some programs (like Excel) may use it to activate different movement types with the cursors.

This key has been known since the beginning. In an interview in1983 between PC magazine (an old magazine) and an executive of keyboard manufacturer Key Tronic about the key's purpose, he replied "I don't know, but we put it on ours, too"

Now, some computers might not have this key. The owners with keyboards with scroll lock are witnessing an extinct key in front of them, product of computer and electronic evolution (see! We come from the monkeys!).
